To everyone — you will have seen the numbers by now, so let me say the quiet part out loud: this was not the quarter we planned. Revenue held, but margin didn't, and the difference went where it always goes — rising input costs that we chose, for now, not to pass on to customers. I want to be precise about what this means. It does not mean cuts, and it does not mean panic. It means two quarters of discipline: we question every renewal, we travel less, and we hire only where a contract is already signed. If we do this well, nobody outside the finance team will remember it by summer. If we don't, everyone will. I know which version I am planning for. — M.
